Like specialty coffee, chocolate is crafted from scratch, starting with the whole bean.

In this guided experience, our chocolate experts will take you on a factory tour and through a selection of single-origin chocolates and Mirzam’s best sellers. You’ll learn how bean-to-bar chocolate is made, discover the stories behind cacao, and explore flavour profiles much like fine wine or craft beer.
