Mirzam Chocolate Makers was born from a desire to bring storytelling into chocolate, to create recipes that carry the spirit of exploration, heritage, and flavour. Every bar begins with cocoa beans sourced from farms along the historic Spice Route, the same pathways that once connected Asia, Africa, and the Middle East through trade, culture, and discovery.

In our Dubai factory, we craft bean-to-bar chocolate entirely under one roof, roasting, grinding, and shaping each bar with care. Just as the Spice Route was a meeting place of worlds, Mirzam weaves together ingredients, recipes, and artistry, transforming them into chocolates that tell stories of astrolabs & Arab traders.
