To make this new 55.5% recipe, after roasting the cacao beans, we slowly grind them into chocolate together with an infusion of real vanilla to naturally sweeten.
Always vegan.Never added cheap fats.
How to prepare:
- Measure 40g portion of chocolate into a steaming jug.
- Pour in 160ml with your preferred milk or mylk.
- Use in the steaming wand, steam until fully combined and very hot.
- Pour! Sprinkle chocolate for decoration on top.
- Check for leftover chocolate; steam again if needed.
