- A position on our friendly corporate sales team- 3-5 years experience in UAE.
- Role is responsible for support and management of existing sales relationships in the HORECA industry.
- Role is responsible for outreach and relationship building with new partners.
- Must have local HORECA experience.
- Must have driving license, excellent English written and spoken language skills & general computer skills.
- 5 years + experience working with chocolate manually.
- Understanding of craft chocolate not required; we will give you training!
- Must have skills: manual tempering, guitaring, enrobing, shelling/closing, preparing ganache/praline and caramel recipes.

- Senior retail sales positions, looking after our wonderful customers and stores.
- Responsible for taking in-store special orders and arrangements, trays.
- Offering factory tours to new customers, to learn how we make our chocolate.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets, and seasonal special targets.
- Friendly, professional attitude and lots of self-driven enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and taking orders efficiently.
- Operate coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.) safely and correctly.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including the counter, equipment, and seating area.
- Manage cash register operations, including handling cash and processing card payments accurately.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed during the shift
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a food service environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and coffee varieties is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible for Shift basis
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner.
- Present and explain chocolate, café, and bakery products confidently.
- Assist customers with tastings, product pairing, and gift recommendations.
- Ensure attractive product displays and maintain cleanliness of the sales and serving area.
- Monitor product quality, shelf life, and stock levels throughout the day.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Support daily café service operations (e.g., serving coffee, handling bakery items) as needed.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and build customer loyalty.
- Participate in stock counts, reporting, and restocking processes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; F&B or hospitality certification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in food retail, chocolate boutiques, cafés, or bakeries.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Passion for artisanal food, premium chocolates, coffee, and pastries.
- Basic knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and storage practices.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked products.
- Support senior pastry chefs with daily production and recipe execution.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry section.
- Contribute creative ideas for seasonal menus and special events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a pastry/bakery environment (internship experience also considered).
- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and food safety standards.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, rolls, cakes, cookies, and other baked items according to recipes and standards.
- Measure, mix, and mold doughs, batters, icings, and fillings.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
- Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to ensure proper baking.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Follow portion control, storage, and labeling procedures.
- Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal products.
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages.
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, including early mornings or long shifts.
- Creativity and passion for baking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems.Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Storage & Organization Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials, supplies, and equipment.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store/warehouse area.Prevent damages, losses, and expiry through proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
- Issuing & Distribution Issue supplies and equipment to departments as per requisitions.Ensure accurate documentation for all materials issued and returned.Monitor minimum stock levels and alert procurement for replenishment.
- Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of receipts, issues, and stock balances.Prepare inventory reports for management review.Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Safety & Compliance Adhere to health, safety, and security procedures in storage and handling.Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.
