Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we don’t have any minimum order quantities. But pricing is heavily reliant on the size of the order.
What is the lead-time like?
Our standard lead-time is 2–3 weeks for fully-customised projects. If you pick an existing recipe & packaging, we can often fulfill within 1 week, depending on the quantity.
Can you ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. However, we can offer assistance with getting necessary permits & clearances.
Can I include a personalised message?
Absolutely. Add your logo, a custom sleeve, or a personalized card, we’ll make sure your gifts carry your brand’s voice beautifully.
Do you charge for delivery?
We offer complementary delivery service across Dubai, as long as the delivery is to one location. For multiple locations, delivery charges apply.
