The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is our country of domicile and its governing law is the local law.

We do not trade with any OFAC or sanctioned countries.

PRODUCT ORDERS

By using this website for purchase you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 years.

We supply and dispatch our products to customers residing in the United Arab Emirates only. All prices are in Emirati dirhams (AED) and we reserve the right to amend our price at any time.

When you order from us, we require some personal information to ensure that your delivery goes smoothly. Please visit our privacy policy page to find out more.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, even if our acceptance or rejection of the order is still pending. Please review your order carefully before submission.

Payment terms are as set out on the order page. An official receipt and confirmation of payment will be sent to you by email.

Deliveries are carried out by our company drivers. Upon delivery, you will be required to provide a signature confirming receipt of your order. Delivery is complimentary for orders meeting the published minimum order value. Please note that orders are typically delivered within 7 days of payment confirmation.

We currently deliver within the UAE only. International orders are not accepted.

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, Kakaw Manufacturing Co. LLC accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from late delivery.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES DESCRIPTION

We have ensured every effort to display the colour and image of our products. Images have been provided on site for illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee that images of the products are completely accurate for our real-life designs. We do not guarantee any image of our products reflects the full design related to that product. Where we are aware of any error on site, we reserve the right to correct without notice.

All descriptions of products and/or its pricing are subject to change without providing notice. We reserve the right to discontinue a product at any given time.

If a product has been listed with incorrect information such as price, description or image, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. We will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount utilised.
