Where are the ingredients sourced from?

Our ingredients are sourced from countries along the historic spice route. Our cocoa beans are sourced from Tanzania, India, Vietnam, Madagascar, Ghana and Papua New Guinea. Our toppings celebrate regional flavour profiles, such as dates, cardamom, saffron, rose and spices that reflect the spice route. Each bar we craft will provide information regarding the origin of the chocolate.

How are your products made?

Our products are made in our on-site factory in Al Quoz. Through our bean-to-bar process, we ensure transparency, preserve unique origin essence profiles, and craft chocolate with integrity and a direct connection to its source. Every cacao bean is carefully roasted and processed to create unforgettable chocolate.

Do you list out the ingredients of each product?

Yes, we do! On our website, each product will have the ingredients stated, providing you with information about what goes into making our delicious recipes. And when you visit our store, you’ll also find all ingredients and allergens listed on our wrappers.

Do you sell chocolate with nuts?

Our facility is completely peanut-free. However, some recipes do contain nuts due to the unique ingredients we use in select chocolate bars. How do I store your chocolate?

Craft chocolate needs a little extra care. Store chocolate bars at a cool, dry place away from sunlight, humidity, and strong odours. Our truffles and pralines are best kept in a chiller at 15–18°C to preserve their flavor and texture.

Where do you ship products?

We currently ship across the UAE only and do not offer international delivery.

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: Orders are delivered within three working days. Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 5 PM.
  • Al Ain: Deliveries every Tuesday & Thursday.
  • Sharjah & Fujairah: Deliveries every Saturday.

Where can I find my order and payment receipt?

Your order and payment receipt will be sent to your email immediately after confirmation of purchase on our website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified in any way.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Please note that our products are shipped in the UAE only. We do not accept GCC or international orders. All prices are in Emirati Dirhams (AED).

Once you have placed your order, delivery will be scheduled based on your location.

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: Orders are delivered within three working days. Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 5 PM.
  • Al Ain: Deliveries every Tuesday & Thursday.
  • Sharjah & Fujairah: Deliveries every Saturday.

Deliveries are carried out by our company drivers. Upon delivery, you will be required to provide a signature confirming receipt of your order. Delivery is complimentary for orders meeting the minimum order value.

Return Policy

Mirzam Chocolate Makers is dedicated to delivering our products with care, right to your doorstep. If your package arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us at cocoa@mirzam.com or WhatsApp us at +971 724 2411.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us at cocoa@mirzam.com or 

Refunds: 

Please note that refunds can only be issued for the following reasons:

  • The incorrect product was shipped
  • The product is defective or past expiry date
  • The product has been damaged due to delivery.

Once requested, refunds will be processed between 10 to 30 days.

Exchanges & Replacements

We don’t offer exchanges for our products. If your product comes in faulty or damaged, we’ll provide a replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. 

If we are unable to replace your product, we will reimburse your credit card for the amount debited for the purchase, including packaging and postage charges.
