Inspired by the beloved Emirati dessert Loqaimat, this bar features puffed quinoa caramelised with date syrup, wrapped in smooth 45% milk chocolate.
Loqaimat - crispy on the outside, soft inside, and traditionally drizzled with date syrup - is a nostalgic treat found in homes and souks across the region. This chocolate reimagines that texture and sweetness, blending airy crunch with deep caramel notes in every bite.
