All of our single origin plantation choices have been guided by the history and stories of the maritime Spice Route, and the lands that once traded in fragrant, exotic goods.
India, a vital hub along these ancient sea routes, was known for exporting some of the world’s most prized spices - like black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger. This bar honors that legacy, connecting the bold character of Indian cacao with the country’s rich spice-trading heritage.
