Inspired by the maritime spice route that took merchants around the world to buy delicious spices – we have selected five cocoa plantations located along this historical trail, to create our single origin chocolate bars.
All crafted with only three ingredients (cocoa beans, unrefined cane sugar and cocoa butter), they are pure dark chocolate. Taste them side by side to understand the natural variations of real chocolate.

Mirzam Chocolate Makers is an award-winning bean-to-bar chocolate brand based in the Middle East, known for its artisanal approach and strong storytelling around the ancient maritime Spice Route. Rooted in craft and culture, Mirzam sources single-origin cocoa beans from historic trading locations such as India, Vietnam, Madagascar, Indonesia, and Ghana—regions that once played a central role in the exchange of exotic spices and goods.
