At 2g per chip, they are a generous portion of chocolate – that we have tempered and moulded, to provide a bite of chocolate that’ part way between a chunk and a chip. They melt beautifully when heated lightly to use for coating and blending; or use them full size for a seriously decadent chocolate chip.

‘Aseeda’ white chocolate is a recipe crafted within our Emirati Collection; inspired by our local treasured recipes of the UAE. We make this by first caramelising white chocolate gently and then adding a slight pinch of cardamom.
