About Mirzam Chocolate Makers

At Mirzam, we make fine quality chocolate all the way from cocoa beans, a production process that makes us completely unique in the UAE.

Our factory is open seven days a week for visitors to see the chocolate being made, in a transparent production process and open factory.

Our education program and tours have all supported consumer understanding of the difference in quality with our chocolate as compared to any other local option.

Our dark chocolate is made using cocoa beans grown in plantations along the historical Spice Route. These locations align with the places that dhow trading sailors travelled to from the Gulf, hundreds of years ago. The single origin dark chocolates are made with beans from Madagascar, Tanzania, India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Papua New Guinea.

Many of our bars have now been awarded internationally (12 awards) by well recognised chocolate authorities, and are being sold across the UAE, Saudi, USA, France, Switzerland, New Zealand, Australia and Kuwait.
