After working for nearly a year on the process; we are super excited to share the newest addition to our Single Origin Maps Collection; a creamy vegan milk chocolate made with completely natural ingredients:
- Award winning cocoa beans from Tamil Nadu
- Unrefined cane sugar and
- Gently dried coconut, grown in the Philippines
- A touch of creamy cocoa butterOur 62% Dark Chocolate Single Origin India bar has won several awards, and after working on the Coconut Fermentation project together with the dedicated team on the farm in Anamalai we were keen to work on additional recipes we could make using these organic cocoa beans.
