Chocolate Factory Tour & Tasting
Description
Like specialty coffee, chocolate is having a moment – with artisans creating it from scratch, starting with the whole bean. In our chocolate tasting experience, our passionate chocolate experts will guide you through a fun-filled tasting of five delectable single origin chocolate bars. You’ll also learn about how bean-to-bar chocolate is made, discover the fascinating stories of how cocoa is farmed and produced, and compare chocolates the way you would fine wine and craft beers.
WHO: 13 years and above
WHAT: Understand and learn about our Bean-to-bar chocolate making process. Tour our production facility. Learn about flavor profiles and tasting notes in cocoa and chocolate. Tasting of our handcrafted single-origin chocolates.
WHERE: Mirzam Chocolate Factory, Al Quoz, Dubai
WHEN: Monday and Wednesday at 2 PM, Saturday at 1.30PM
