Welcome to the Mirzam Chocolate Factory!

Discover the secrets of bean to bar chocolate making, learn all the complexity of single origin cacao flavour notes with this highly educational workshop. Open to all ages; but highly recommended from age of 7 and above. 

This workshop lasts approximately 45minutes, and will include; 

• – A step by step guided tour of our chocolate making facility, machinery & packaging. 
• – An opportunity to taste multiple single origin chocolates and learn about flavour notes.
• – A guided walk-through of our chocolate collections.  
• – A small drinking chocolate per participant. 

This workshop is limited to a single family household per booking (maximum of two adults and four children, from the same household). Due to indoor covid-19 space restrictions, we are unable to offer sufficient spacing for mixed groups at this time.
