Welcoming to our menu, three delicate, creamy dark chocolate ganache truffles, infused with floral and fruit notes of an Arabian garden.

Some of our original recipes from Mirzam’s first-ever batches of truffles: Ganache infused with cinnamon & star anise is piped inside of organic dried figs, The ‘Dark Chocolate with Pomegranate’ offers a sharp tang, alongside the gentle, and floral infusion you will taste in our ‘Dark Chocolate with Rose’, which are made with a rare organic rose.

About the artwork: An antique Indian textile woodblock stamped chintz print on cotton, from the 18th century – featuring a hidden garden of fruits and flowers.
