Set along a long table inside our chocolate making space on Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th May from 7.30pm.
Author of seven cookbooks celebrating Middle Eastern dishes from Lebanon and the incredibly delicious neighboring countries, Greg has been working on a new restaurant in Dubai, named Zahira, opening this May.
On the menu, dinner guests can expect a selection of chocolate infused desserts from the orient, including kunafa and mahallibya to enjoy after shared main dishes, each a teaser of flavours as to what to expect from Zahira, such as harissa potatoes with raclette cheese, and addictive rocket and kashkaval sambousak.
