Our cocoa tea is made with a combination of single origin cocoa bean husks together with cocoa beans.
Cocoa nibs, are cocoa beans. After the cocoa beans have been roasted, we crack the beans to remove the husk – and are left with delicious, crunchy cocoa nibs.
To prepare a pot of cocoa tea, use about two table spoons of husk per mug and let it infuse for at least 6 minutes.
In the tasting gallery space, we add spices, like cinnamon or star anise for flavour.
