This hour long, one of a kind experience, will guide you through different flavours of single origin chocolate, and provide an overview of the story of making chocolate from bean to bar. Learn how to taste chocolate, using the five senses and how to identify additives.
Mirzam crafts chocolate using fine quality cacao beans, sourced from plantations located along the historical maritime Spice Route – and have been recognized with awards from the International Chocolate Awards, and London based International Chocolate Academy. With your new found chocolate knowledge you will be challenged to guess which origin the bar belongs!
