Mirzam is a bean to bar chocolate making space, based in Al Quoz, in the Alserkal Avenue arts and cultural district. We work hard to make delicious, real chocolate, using only the highest quality cocoa beans that we can find.

As a small team of chocolate makers, we look for people who above all else understand the importance of team-work, quality, creativity and passion. Our team members are ambitious, multi-national, and committed to a sustainable world – very much like the city we are based in.

Mirzam is looking for a chocolate lover that’s a fluent confident Arabic speaker to come join our small team twice a week during evenings and on the weekends to assist in hosting tasting session workshops. Training will be provided to guide you with how the tastings are done at Mirzam.

The sessions consist of tasting our various single origin chocolates guided by a tasting wheel for people to experience bean to bar chocolate while using the help of their senses.

We are looking for an energetic individual to take on the exciting and busy challenge of operations in our retail and cafe spaces! This role will ensure that our Tasting Gallery space operates smoothly, managing stock, food orders and organisation to the HACCP standards that we follow. Additionally as we expand, we need someone with great organisational and planning skills to roll out the set-up of these spaces.
You will be responsible for ensuring our team who look after customers are doing an amazing job of making every person who visits a Mirzam store, more aware of our chocolate making process – as well as having a delicious visit.

You should have experience running a premium cafe space and exposure to retail coordinational, as well as a general love of chocolate!

Our chocolate tasting and retail space has an incredible team of individuals who can make a serious hot chocolate just as well as offer a visiting school group, a tour of our production space. Are making chocolate and managing a happy team your two most favourite things?

We are looking for a production coordinator, to join our small team of chocolate makers in Dubai – working to craft chocolate from bean to bar. This is a busy, multi-tasking role that requires a person who in equal measures can manage production paperwork and administration, and be creative with recipe testing.

A day in the life of the Production Coordinator would see you meeting with your team to ensure HACCP documentation is tip top, followed by forecasting your production activities for the upcoming four weeks – working alongside the purchasing manager, stores manager and quality controller to update documentation accordingly.

Requirements: 2-4 years of production experience, immaculate spoken and written communication skills (English), strong exposure to the world of chocolate, understanding of quality control, recipe development and production documentation. Bean to bar chocolate training provided.
