CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL CHOCOLATE DAY!
Mirzam has teamed up with Encounter coffee roasters to hold a special event on a day created for all the chocolate lovers and makers, international chocolate day 7th of July.
The sessions will include a selection of our chocolates; the Single Origin Dark Chocolate (85% Cuba, 72% Madagascar and 65% Vietnam), Spiced 62% Dark Chocolate with Dates and Fennel and Spiced 52% Dark Milk Chocolate and Sea Salt; The chocolates will be paired with Encounter Coffee Roasters’ selection of single origin coffees (Guatemala, Colombia and Ethiopia) and Voyager blend consisting of 3 different coffee varieties providing a different twist to our tastings. You will be guided through tasting a selection of our single origin chocolates guessing which flavours are in each Origin then a cup of single origin coffee that goes best with the chocolate, making it the perfect match.
