We are thrilled to share that our delicious 62% Dark Chocolate Dates & Fennel spiced bar has won a silver award at the International Chocolate Awards in the Italian/Mediterranean category!
The International Chocolate Awards is an independent competition recognising excellence in fine chocolate making and in the products made with fine chocolate. The Awards were founded in 2012 and are run by a group of independent international partners based in the UK, Italy and the USA, with years of experience tasting and evaluating chocolate and running fine chocolate related events.
A delicate dark chocolate shell, filled with a fennel infused date paste made with locally grown UAE dates – inspired by a traditional summer jam recipe.
It it a technical challenge to craft this chocolate bar – so we are especially proud to have been recognised for the effort.
