FIVE MIRZAM CHOCOLATE BARS AWARDED BY THE ACADEMY OF CHOCOLATE IN LONDON
As chocolate makers, we are thrilled to announce that we have been recognized by the London Academy of Chocolate, with five of our chocolate bars receiving an award. Mirzam is the only craft chocolate maker in Dubai, and the first United Arab Emirates chocolate company to have been recognized by the Academy of Chocolate.
The Academy focuses on fine chocolate making as well as chocolatiers and entrants who must only use real cocoa ingredients, natural cocoa butter and a high percentage of cocoa solids in the international chocolate industry.
Four silver awards for our 65% Single Origin Dark Chocolate India, Dark Chocolate with Dates & Fennel (also won an International Chocolate Award last month), Dark Chocolate with Rose, White Chocolate with Saffron, and bronze for our White Chocolate with Orange Blossom & Roasted Almond.
